It is not very practical, either, and is written for purely academic rather than pedagogical purposes.

The Kindle edition is full of typos, mistakes and wrongly recognized words (during scanning, I believe). Actually, "ful|About the Author|Dr Jennifer Moon is Staff Development officer at the University of Exeter and author of 'Learning Journals', also published by Kogan Page.

Reflection is a technique for aiding and reinforcing learning, used in education and professional development. This volume offers practitioners and students guidance that cuts across theoretical approaches, enabling them to understand and use reflection to enhance learning in practice.
